The moment you step into the greenhouse, the air is filled with the sweet, fresh scent of fruit. Red tomatoes, yellow watermelons, and green cucumbers grow in neat rows, resembling a carefully designed \u201cagricultural space.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, led by Mr. Fan Ziping of the Zhongyuan Association in Singapore, a delegation of the association\u2019s presidents visited the Luoyang Nongfa Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, embarking on a unique agricultural tour. This trip was not merely about observing agriculture; rather, it was a glimpse into what the future of agriculture might look like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Tour of the Park | Agriculture Can Be \u201cBeautiful\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Many people still think of agriculture as simply \u201cworking in the fields.\u201d But the Nongfa Agricultural Industrial Park shatters that perception at first glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This place feels more like a space that blends production, experience, and daily life: clean, orderly, and even a bit stylish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in Mengjin District, Luoyang, the park covers a planned area of over 600 mu. From the very beginning, it has been designed not merely as a farming operation, but as a modern agricultural complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not just about farming\u2014it\u2019s about \u201cbuilding a complete industry\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the presentation, one term came up repeatedly\u2014\u201cthe Ten-in-One.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only do we grow agricultural products here, but we also integrate: agriculture + research + recreation + education + experiential activities + wellness + logistics\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words, a single piece of land has been developed into an entire industrial chain. That is why it resembles an \u201cagricultural project\u201d rather than just a farm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most interesting thing is these \u201cphoto-worthy agricultural products\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These are no longer merely \u201cagricultural products\u201d; they are products that can be experienced, shared, and enjoyed as a premium experience. Behind this lies a fundamental shift taking place in agriculture: from \u201cselling quantity\u201d to \u201cselling quality and experience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind agriculture lies the support of technology<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Many people view agriculture as a \u201ctraditional industry,\u201d but here\u2014that\u2019s not the case at all. The park leverages the research capabilities of institutions such as Henan Agricultural University, the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Henan University of Science and Technology to continuously optimize every aspect of the process, from cultivation to management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words, modern agriculture is about technology and systems, not physical labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Zhongyuan Association, these visits are not merely opportunities for exchange; they are also a way to continually expand the boundaries of our understanding and explore new possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
