(Non-profit Limited Company)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8da64c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" Articles of Association shall be consistent with the provisions of the Companies Act, and the terms used shall be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of the Act.<\/p><p>Article 2: The Singapore Chung Yuen Association is hereby named \"the Association\"<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5de9e75 elementor-widget members upon approval by the council and shall not be required to pay membership fees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdb75c4 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Membership Target<\/strong><\/h5><p>Article 4: Any Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or entrepreneur holding a valid long-term pass in Singapore who is 18 years of age or older, agrees with the Association's objectives, and is willing to abide by the Articles of Association and rules, may apply to become a
