Membership Requirements

Registered under the Companies Act (Chapter 50) (Non-profit Limited Company)

Article 1: The meaning of these Articles of Association shall be consistent with the provisions of the Companies Act, and the terms used shall be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of the Act.

Article 2: The Singapore Chung Yuen Association is hereby named "the Association"

Membership

Article 3: The preparatory staff of the Association shall become automatic members upon approval by the Board of Directors, and no membership fee shall be required.

Membership Target

Article 4: Any Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or entrepreneur holding a valid long-term pass in Singapore who is 18 years of age or older, agrees with the Association's objectives, and is willing to abide by the Articles of Association and rules, may apply to become a member.
